Previously serving as COO at DRK Promotions Ltd, he played a pivotal role—alongside Pawel—in transforming both B2B and D2C logistics operations, driving major improvements in fulfilment efficiency and distribution strategy.

Rob is passionate about EMFH’s continued growth and is known for fostering long-term, trust-based relationships with every business that partners with the hub. His in-depth knowledge of importing, distribution, and warehousing ensures clients receive both strategic direction and practical, scalable solutions.

Pawel brings over 15 years of operational and technical expertise to his role as CEO at East Midlands Fulfilment Hub Ltd. With a strong background in warehouse management systems (WMS), software integration, and fulfilment pricing structures, he is the driving force behind the hub’s digital infrastructure and scalable, tech-enabled solutions.

Previously working alongside Rob at DRK Promotions Ltd, Pawel played a key role in modernising logistics processes and implementing tailored technologies that significantly enhanced accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across both B2B and D2C channels.

Pawel will also be the one to ensure your systems integrate perfectly with ours, making sure the entire fulfilment process runs smoothly from start to finish.
