No. We do not charge any sign-up or setup fees. Getting started with EMFH is simple and cost-effective.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

We don’t require a monthly order minimum (MOQ). However, there is a minimum monthly service charge for DTC (direct-to-consumer) fulfilment. If your monthly usage falls below this amount, we’ll round the invoice up to that minimum.

 

Can EMFH handle large shipments, including containers?

Yes. Our warehouse facilities are equipped with high-loading docks and can receive shipments ranging from individual boxes to 20- and 40-foot containers. We support flexible receiving for both domestic and international suppliers.

Can I track my inventory in real time?

Absolutely. You’ll get 24/7 access to our cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS), where you can monitor stock levels, track order statuses, and create or manage inbound/outbound shipments from any device.

Yes. EMFH offers EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) capabilities, enabling integration with major retailers and trading partners. This supports seamless B2B fulfilment and compliance with retail standards.
